Home Staging
Selling your home is like selling a product. By marketing your home effectively you will be appealing to the greatest number of potential buyers. Home staging is key to successfully marketing your home. We help make a lasting first impression through the use of your furnishings and our own inventory that includes premium accessories, art and furniture (*see inventory rentals for more information). Essentially we help your listing stand out from the others.
Our goal at New View Interiors is to excite potential buyers from the first time they see your home. When buyers emotionally connect with your home, they won't want to lose it to another buyer. This generally results in quicker home sale and often at a higher selling price. Home Staging consultations start at $200 + HST. Staging Fees are based on an hourly rate and inventory rental fees.
Vacant Home Staging
Why stage a vacant property? Only 10% of home buyers can actually visualize the potential of a home. People don't buy houses, they buy homes and a lifestyle! Without furniture, art, and accessories there is no emotional connection to the house for the buyer. Portraying a lifestyle buyers can aspire to will help sell the home. In a vacant house empty rooms look smaller and buyers often cannot see how much furniture they will be able to fit or how to set up a room functionally.
By adding the right furniture, art, and accessories that reflect the target buyers lifestyle you will help them envision themselves living in the home. Vacant Staging Consultations start at $125.00 + HST(consult fee will be credited back to the owner if they book a staging).
Show Suite Staging
Whether its a condo, town home or apartment, show suites are a smart way to market your project/property. We work with builders and or developers in the building phase with design ideas and recommendations to make it more marketable and attractive to buyers. Then we showcase it using our extensive inventory of furniture, art and accessories etc.
Having a show suite makes buyers want to live the lifestyle that is portrayed. Show Suite Staging fees vary depending on the requirements of the project.
Redesign Consultation
Need a room makeover or a whole home makeover? New View can help you with color choices and improvements that will transform your home into the space you have always dreamed of.
Already have a new home but need help decorating it? ...We do that too! Redesign consultation fees starting at $225 (plus HST)
New Home Design
Buying or building a new home? New View Interiors can help take the stress out of making all of those difficult decisions. We will work with you or your builder to ensure that your new home will be the home you have always dreamed of.
Colors, cabinets, flooring, and lighting choices; we offer "New Home" packages or an hourly rate of $60/hour (plus HST). New Home packages vary based on home design.
Inventory Rentals
We own a large selection of current, on trend furnishings and accessories to transform your space into one that buyers emotionally connect with. We constantly update our inventory of designer artwork, pillows, bedding, lamps, etc... so that we are always incorporating the latest trends in design and decorating.
Inventory rental quotes are based on items rented. *initial Staging Consultation is required for a quote.
Personal Shopping
Your time is valuable. Let us help you refresh or redecorate a room, or your entire home. We will work with you to determine your needs. Personal shopping services may involve shopping for accessories, furniture, lighting, and anything you need to transform your room. Let us do the sourcing for you!
Personal Shopping fees are based on an hourly rate of $35/hour (plus HST)
